    Data Collection: We start with meticulous data collection. Using our own instrumentation and working with partner research centers, we perform a comprehensive investigation of your artwork. During this phase, we acquire a wide range of data about the composition of materials of the artwork. These data form the fundamental basis for the subsequent stages of analysis and interpretation.

    Data Processing and report: After acquiring the data, we proceed with a rigorous analysis and processing phase. This process involves in-depth exploration of the collected data, in which we identify significant details and compare with literature data.

    Paper report: The outcomes of this analysis result in a comprehensive scientific report, which will enable you to make informed and proactive decisions for the preservation of your collection.

Our instrumentation
  • Through our instrumentation we perform multispectral imaging and thermography surveys.

    Multispectral imaging allows us to reveal the behavior of materials at different wavelengths. pentimentos, preparatory drawings, pigments, restoration interventions and state of degradation are just some of the purposes that can be achieved. Thermographic analysis allows to investigate the different behavior of materials that absorb and emit energy in distinct ways. It thus becomes possible to detect detachments, water absorption, the presence of different materials etc.
